At some point I hope every network marketing leader could have the opportunity to hear this podcast. I hope that after you hear it, you feel the same way, and decide to share it with them. As a profession we have to realize “Network Marketing is personal development program with a compensation plan attached”.
It is not just about getting them in, it is about getting them in, keeping them in and helping THEM move forward in the compensation plan. For most members on you team new MINDSETS are required. We are in a business where the real product is people. If you build people, people build the business.
We spend alot of time energy and effort focusing on marketing funnels, lead generation ideas, getting team members to events, etc. All of this is important. However, shouldn’t the mindset & personal development aspect of this business be a network marketing leaders primary focus?

Network Marketers have support and lead the personal development
movement that started in the USA going back as far as the 1940’s.
We can all quote Zig Ziglar “You can have anything you want in life if you
help enough other people get what they want” How many times have you
heard “What the Mind Can Conceive and Believe you can Achieve” “People Don’t care how much you know till they know how much you care” and I could go on and on.
However we all know the profession has become more about “Getting them in” than about Keeping them in and helping them move forward and progress through the compensation plan.
We have become an industry that is full of followers who follow each other from deal to deal. Who are we fooling? What are we really doing? What are we really building?
Companies and organization around this industry need to STOP and really ask ourselves how do we DEVELOP home grown leaders and truly help our team members get what they want?
We hope Dale’s messages to Total Life Changes, IBO’s is a start. We applaud TLC for stepping out of the box and making a stand, and we hope this will inspire other organizations and companies to rethink their strategies and promotions and think more about HOME GROWN LEADERS.
